Carole has been a fully qualified Sports Therapist for over 15 years and a college lecturer for over 9 years. She also worked with Premier Training as an external verifier for Sports Massage.
She is qualified in Sports Therapy, Aromatherapy, Reflexology, Thermal Stone Massage, Emergency First Aid, Advanced Massage, Thermal Auricular Therapy and Ultra Sound, Thai massage.
She also holds the Football Association Diploma in the Management & Treatment of Injuries, also teaching for the Football Association. Carole has previously worked as team leader for South Trafford College and as a Principal for Libramentum Training.
Carole was a former athlete herself who competed for Great Britain in Powerlifting winning the British title 5 times and the Europeans twice also placed 2nd in the World Champion. Also competed in Judo gaining national medals and a 2nd dan black belt.
Carole is a highly experienced teacher and practitioner in the Sports Therapy field who is committed to the achievement of excellence and able to instil confidence through a calm and structured approach.

Dawn O`Toole - Dawn has been an Holistic therapist for over 8 years and a Sports Therapist for 6 years, she has been lecturing for over 2 years and is a qualified V.T.C.T assessor.
Dawn`s teaching methods are to the highest standards, but relaxed and she encourages students to learn at their own pace. Dawn ensures all students are confident in their own abilities and are happy to carry out treatments once qualified. Dawn is qualified in Swedish massage, Aromatherapy, Indian Head massage, Reflexology, Sports Therapy. She has delivered Health & Fitness sports programmes in primary schools across cheshire promoting activity and healthy eating.
Dawn competed in half marathons and charity runs and came first lady of Cheshire to cross the line in the Manchester 10 k.
