Prerequisite: Students must hold a Swedish Massage qualification

This workshop is designed for qualified massage therapists who want to learn further techniques and gain more confidence in their practical skills. It is ideal for therapists that are either newly qualified or that have not practised for a while and wish to refresh and update their skills.

The course will cover techniques such as:

- Good posture
- Basic neuromuscular techniques
- Forearm use
- Finger and thumb frictions
- Petrissage application and technique
- Heel of hand work
