This course is an introduction to massage for individuals looking to either provide massage to family or friends or for those wishing to further train to develop these skills into a career.

the workshop will cover the history, effects and benefits of massage, consultation taking techniques, contraindications, contra-actions, after care advice and the importance of correct posture. Students will be able to provide a nice relaxing back massage at the end of the day.

Course notes, refreshments will be provided, a certificate of completion will be provided at the end of the workshop.
