Booking Forms

These forms allow you to contact FITT centre with booking and date. We will do our utmost to accommodate your request. A 30% deposit is needed to secure the booking on tuition/training and £30 on all workshops. This can be paid over the phone when a member of the FITT team contacts you to comfirm the booking. On courses over 2 days, we can accept payment in installments. Please contact us to confirm this.

PLEASE NOTE: We require a 2 week notice on all cancellations. Failure to do so will result in the loss of the deposit.
